Designed for high-performance BOPP, CCF and other films, this complete line combines high precision, high speed and sequential or simultaneous stretching. It produces single-layer or three-layer composite structures with excellent thickness uniformity, including ultra-thin films, defect-free quality and outstanding electrical insulation. With a maximum film width up to 7.2 m, it is built for large-scale industrial production and the stable manufacturing of extremely thin capacitor films at a superior yield.

A versatile, high-efficiency biaxial stretching line for BOPP, BOPET, BOPA and other packaging films. Primarily based on sequential stretching, with simultaneous stretching for selected high-end films to enhance performance. Equipped with multiple extruders and multilayer co-extrusion dies of up to 9 layers, it flexibly combines resins to produce structural films integrating barrier, heat-seal and strength functions. A modular design lets a single line handle many materials and layer structures, while ultra-wide widths up to 10.4 m and high speeds deliver a significant economy-of-scale advantage.

A versatile, high-efficiency wet biaxial stretching line for Li-ion battery separators. Based on wet-process technology, it produces homogeneous or composite-structure separators up to 9 m wide at line speeds up to 150 m/min. An optimised flow field in the stretching zone ensures uniform edge stretching and reduced trim waste, while MD and TD ratios up to 1:12 deliver outstanding pore-structure control, mechanical strength and battery safety.

A highly advanced, technically demanding biaxial stretching line custom-developed for cutting-edge materials such as high-temperature PI films, LCP films and optical films. For high-temperature, high-viscosity engineering plastics and reactive materials, it uses corrosion-resistant, high-precision extruders and ultra-fine filtration. Its simultaneous stretching technology provides independent, precise and synchronous control of MD and TD ratios, enabling ultra-thin separators below 10 µm, ultra-flat optical base films and PI films that withstand over 400 °C, with deep customisation for each specialty material.
